The restaurant, Buffalo Wings & Rings, describes itself as a fast-growing privately held franchise offers chicken, burgers, onion rings, pulled pork sandwiches and salads in a sports bar-café style.
The eatery opened its first Northern California operation January 19, 2008 in Elk Grove. The Elk Grove restaurant is located at 8839 Sheldon Road employs 45 people and seats up to 134 customers. It is owned by restaurateur Brenda Terry, who cited in a press release her track record with a Papa Murphy's Pizza location in the Bay Area.
